Cyclos 4 communities terms of service

Cyclos is developed to stimulate and empower local and regional economies. By enabling a decentralization of banking services or providing modern tools to complementary currency systems. By using our service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. You, the one that registers the network in the Community Currency wizard, is called the "Community administrator".

Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. Misuse of private data of subscribers to your network is considered as not complying with our policies.

This service will be made available to you in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The community administrator is responsible for the content uploaded to his network, a network is not allowed to have any material that is offensive, pornographic or illegal. The community administrator is responsible that no material is uploaded that is protected under copyright law. All material uploaded is owned by the uploader, but can be used by Cyclos without any restrictions. One example is the use by researchers of anonymized data. Other examples are, providing aggregated usage statistics, showing a map with all communities, links to certain communities that have a nice layout or something else worth showing.

We make several live backups on various locations of our database to make sure no data is lost, we are however not responsible for any data in the network. We do our best to keep the service online and available, but we do not guarantee this.

The community administrator is responsible for the privacy of the users of your Community Currency network. Privacy is important to us, please don’t let us down.
